I purchased a 30 x 20 x 10 garage steel building. The process was explained to me very well. MaxSteel customer service/project managers were informative and kept lines of communication open. I made a couple of changes during the process. Their internal change order system left me feeling confident that I would receive what I wanted. MS installation crew were knowledgeable and swift. One of their crew even showed me how he strengthened and stabilized my garage door above spec. Overall very pleased.

We ordered a 28×48 carport for our RV. For permit purposes we needed engineered drawings, which were provided easily after we sent a copy of the permit requirements. Once we had the permit in hand, the rest was very easy. The people at MaxSteel are very easy to work with, and the install went very smoothly, despite all the storms we were having in Florida at the time. Once we placed our order with a local representative, the wheels moved quickly for us to receive our carport. They assisted us in what permits were needed and where to obtain them. Once we sent pictures of the concrete pad, a delivery date was scheduled. The carport arrived on the set date and the installers were dedicated to getting it erected that day. Office staff communicated schedule and site requirements for carport well in advance of installation to insure there were no surprises. The installation crew was very fast and efficient. It is obvious they have installed many carports and had the job down to a science. They installed a 12′ x 26′ carport in an hour or so. Was very satisfied with the workmanship and especially the anchor system they used. We had a massive rain just before they showed up and the way they anchored the carport worked well with my semi-washed out dirt pad.
